Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the use of the abd7 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at abd7.pro (the "Platform", "Site", "abd7"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register and use the abd7 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension pending verification.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and any other non-individual legal forms may not register as players.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your account's lifetime.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of abd7 or any of its technology and content partners, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or voluntary exclusion programme that covers online gambling platforms. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register a new account.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the abd7 platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, abd7 may require you to provide identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal, or at any point during your account's active period. Requested documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar official document).

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

abd7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the mobile wallet payment methods supported on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Supported methods are listed on the deposits and withdrawals page within your account dashboard. At the date of publication of these Terms, supported methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the abd7 platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via bKash or Nagad; ৳200 via Rocket. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per 24-hour period as displayed in your account settings.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the abd7 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's abd7 balance in real time upon confirmed receipt. Rocket deposits are credited within five (5) minutes. abd7 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's mobile wallet provider.
• All funds deposited into an abd7 account must be used for wagering purposes only. Accounts used to cycle funds through the Platform without meaningful gambling activity may be suspended and reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

abd7 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. These checks are conducted in accordance with standard compliance practice and do not imply any accusation of wrongdoing against the player.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

abd7 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of the promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers at abd7 unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have fully completed the account registration and KYC verification process. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or convert bonus funds.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the promotional terms. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and expiry date will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who register multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will have all accounts closed and all associated funds forfeited.
• abd7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without advance notice if abd7 reasonably believes that the offer is being exploited or abused.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of automated tools, arbitrage strategies, bonus hunting across multiple accounts, and coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

Bonuses and promotional winnings that have not met their applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are fulfilled will result in the bonus balance being removed from the account.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on the abd7 platform operates according to its own set of rules, which are accessible via the information panel within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager. abd7 will not reverse bets or compensate losses arising from a player's failure to understand how a specific game operates.

Bets placed before odds changes are settled at the odds that were active at the time the bet was accepted. In-play (live) bets are settled at the odds active at the time the bet was placed, provided the bet was accepted before the relevant event conclusion.
• abd7 reserves the right to void bets where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of an event is in question, or where an event result is affected by circumstances outside the normal conduct of the sport or game.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abd7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing game information in real time during live dealer sessions, coordinating bets to exploit promotional terms, or any other form of cooperative play designed to give a combined unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or any game's underlying code or logic.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. abd7 actively monitors transaction patterns and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in relation to suspected financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with abd7 or its support team.
• Registering or accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, or sharing account credentials with any third party. Account sharing — even among family members residing at the same address — is prohibited.

7. Responsible Gaming

abd7 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. abd7 strongly encourages all players to set personal limits before commencing play and to review those limits regularly. Players who believe their gambling activity is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings or to contact the abd7 support team immediately.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered abd7 players at no charge and without restriction:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your abd7 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time limits — set a maximum duration for each playing session. When the limit is reached, you will receive a notification and the session will be concluded automatically if no further interaction is detected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the abd7 platform — including but not limited to the abd7 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, game content (where licensed for distribution by abd7), and software — is the property of abd7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of abd7.

abd7 grants players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, frame, mirror, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abd7 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, abd7 makes no warranty or representation that the Platform will be available without interruption, that errors will be corrected, or that the Platform or any server that makes it available is free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• abd7's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
• abd7 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where the failure results from any cause beyond abd7's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, or actions of third-party payment processors.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude abd7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

abd7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or of any specific promotional terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information at any point during the account lifecycle, including during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 of these Terms, or in any activity that abd7 reasonably believes to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its player community.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by abd7's compliance team, or provision of unsatisfactory or fraudulent KYC documents.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a player-initiated voluntary closure, abd7 will conduct a review of the account balance and any pending transactions. Where the closure results from a breach of these Terms, abd7 may withhold some or all of the account balance in accordance with applicable legal and compliance obligations. Where the closure is not the result of a Terms breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC checks.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

abd7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is accessible at abd7.pro/privacy-policy and forms part of the agreement between abd7 and each registered player. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly alters the rights or obligations of players — abd7 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to affected registered players via the contact details held on their account. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to company contact details) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The version of these Terms that was in force at the time a bet was placed shall govern the resolution of any dispute relating to that bet. For all other matters, the most recently published version of these Terms shall apply. Continued use of the abd7 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and abd7, the player should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting the abd7 customer support team at [email protected]. abd7 will endeavour to resolve all legitimate player disputes in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support channel, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.
